Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes we do.  

How much is delivery?

Delivery to the UK is FREE on all our products.

How do you package your products?

We use all board envelopes for our notepads and hard-wearing boxes and polystyrene for our mugs. Please note that mugs don’t typically fit through letterboxes, so Royal Mail may leave a redelivery postcard so that you can arrange another delivery time or collection from your sorting office.

Do you charge VAT?

VAT is included in the product price. If you require a VAT receipt, please get in touch by emailing hello@xoxostationery.co.uk

Can I place a bespoke order?

Yes! We love creating bespoke designs for notepads, mugs and other products, and often work with businesses and events planners to create something special for their needs.

I placed an order but it hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

You’ll receive an email when we dispatch your order. We send everything out via Royal Mail First Class, which typically takes 1 to 2 days. Customers are advised that delays in the Royal Mail delivery service do occasionally take place and that although these delays are out of our control, we will do all we can to help.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please get in touch.

Delivery

Delivery to the UK is FREE, with no minimum order requirement. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days, including personalised orders. Orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail, and should arrive within 1-2 days after dispatch.
Customers are advised that delays in the Royal Mail delivery service do occasionally take place and that although these delays are out of our control, we will do all we can to help.
International delivery is not currently available, but if you have a particular request, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on personalised items unless damaged. Please ensure you double-check your personalisation when placing your order to avoid mistakes. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or contains a mistake made by us, we will happily replace it and cover postage costs for you to return the original.
Please contact us in the first instance, and return items using the XOXO stationery address on the delivery note.
